Music Cancellation & Reschedule Policy I understand that life happens! To keep scheduling fair and consistent for everyone, please note: Lessons canceled by clients are not guaranteed a reschedule or credit. In the event of cancellation, students can send Paula a video excerpt of their progress, and she will send a 3-10 minute video reply with suggestions for work to do until the next lesson!
